Life can feel overwhelming at any age. I work with children, teens, and young adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. Supporting children and their families is a special passion of mine, and I believe every child deserves a safe space to feel heard and understood. Together, we work to build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, practical, and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and TF-CBT skills.
