About
We, as social creatures, thrive when we feel understood and accepted. My goal as a clinician is to assist individuals in creating a greater sense of self-understanding, acceptance and appreciation. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy but use a variety of approaches in treatment.
I have experience working with teens and adults who have gone through loss/trauma. I also have worked with individuals experiencing clinical mental health disorders which include but are not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Suicidal Ideation.
Finding the right therapist can be difficult. There are so many different clinicians and therapy styles. That is why I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. Above all, I want you to find the provider that works best for you! Please contact me with any questions you may have.
