I believe that everyone is on their own unique journey in life and although this journey can be rewarding, it often comes with challenges as well. My number one goal as a clinician has never been to tell my clients what to do or not to do but rather be a guide when support is needed. As a therapist, I always feel that it's an incredible honor to be a part of someone's journey whether it be for a brief period of time or something that's more long-term.
My specialties primarily surround grief/loss, life transitions and trauma work all of which look different for each individual. I take a holistic, client-centered approach in my style and incorporate various methods that my clients feel most beneficial/comfortable with. I'm trained in many different trauma techniques such as TFCBT, Brainspotting, and more.
It can be difficult to take the first step when thinking about starting therapy and I believe that the number one key to success is being comfortable with your therapist. I'm more than happy to answer any questions you have about myself or therapy in general. I'm looking forward to meeting you and having the honor of being a small part of your journey.
