I have extensive experience working with a wide range of issues, but my true passion lies in helping older teens, young adults, and individuals navigating life's challenges. I specialize in parenting issues and family communication, with a strong focus on enhancing overall family happiness. My goal as a therapist is to inspire change and empower people to identify solutions that improve their ability to function and foster meaningful, lasting connections with others.
I am EMDR trained and have used it on both adults and children. I have 12 years of school-based experience working with kids of all ages and their families. I've had a lot of experience with groups and also working with adults. I have a history of crisis work in the ER as well as inpatient psychiatric care. Once upon a time I worked IOP adult addictions!
At the end of the day, I am a passionate human who loves to watch people evolve and grow and be right there cheering them on as they do the hard things!
