Hi! I'm Brittany, a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. I offer a safe space for all, as we work collaboratively within a calm, supportive and non-judgmental environment. It would be a privilege to work with you, as I utilize my therapeutic approach to gain a better understanding of yourself, how you relate and navigate the interpersonal relationships in your life, your environment, or however you choose to utilize your therapy. I also believe it is imperative to view each person through a trauma-informed lens, while respecting their background, where traumatic experiences likely left an imprint behind.
I have worked in the mental health field for the past 15 years, and have experience in both individual and group therapy, as well as the inpatient setting. I have helped those with issues related to: anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, anger, loss, and trauma.
