I also believe it is imperative to view therapy through a trauma-informed lens, while respecting each individual's background, where trauma's may have left unspoken words.
I have worked in the mental health field for the past 15 years, and have experience in both individual and group therapy. I have helped those with issues related to: anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, anger, loss, and trauma.
