I provide a safe place to process your feelings, manage your thought life, and make intentional choices towards your identified needs. I teach couples to appreciate and enjoy their differences and individuals to show up in their own life. There's always patterns, and we'll find them to gain insight and break unwanted cycles. We'll do a lot of work inside our meeting space, but I believe the real test is outside of it. I work within a variety of challenges including mood instability, chaotic living, couples counseling, and identity crises. I listen to you so together we can create a story from your hope instead of your hurt.
The approach I take as a therapist is a coach making it a point to see you, hear you, and value you and most importantly show you how to do the same for yourself. In a judgement free space I will encourage you to pursue the bright tomorrow you believe in is possible no matter what mental, generational, relational, or past challenges try holding you back.
As a wife and a mother of three children I've experienced many things testing my strength. For you, I'm simply an instrument purposed to help you explore your choices toward freely living a life that doesn't have to be so hard to live anymore. It's time!
