I am a clinical psychologist who provides evaluation, therapy, and consultation services to individuals impacted by autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I conduct comprehensive diagnostic, psychoeducational, and neuropsychological evaluations of children, adolescents, and young adults. I have extensive training in the implementation and adaptation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individuals with ASD. I received training and collaborated with the founder of Lego®-Based Therapy in promoting social competence in individuals with ASD. I take a strength-based approach to both evaluation and treatment and strives to create a relationship with the individual and family that includes trust, respect, and acceptance.

We take a strengths-based focus supporting individuals on the autism spectrum across the lifespan. Our philosophy is that ASD is a diagnosis that impacts the entire family. We are committed to conducting comprehensive evaluations, using evidence-based diagnostic tools and treatments, and working collaboratively with other providers.

We value neurodiversity and recognize the many ways ASD individuals enhance our world. We focus on services that improve outcomes through early identification, education, inclusion, advocacy and increased independence. We are committed to providing innovative, state of the art evaluation methods and intervention that is supported by current research.

Lego®-based Social Skills

Lego®-Club is an evidenced based treatment where children develop skills through collaboration on group projects through the use of Lego®. Group members collaborate on building sets, free style projects, and creating and producing short stop-action films. Adult facilitators provide feedback and coaching in real-time targeting skill development leading to increased maintenance and generalization of skills to other settings. Lego®-Club becomes a place where children identify with a peer group, build friendships beyond the confines of the club, and find a place where their peers and adult coaches understand, encourage, and celebrate their talents.
