I assist clients of all ages with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life changes, and specialize in supporting clients with ADHD and/or Autism who want to thrive in life. I am trained in AutPlay Therapy, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
