With warmth, compassion, and extensive experience, I've dedicated 20 years to supporting adults, children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and eating disorders. I specialize in guiding individuals and couples through significant life transitions, including the journey into young adulthood, forming partnerships, and managing prenatal/postpartum mental health. Additionally, I offer valuable assistance to those struggling with infertility, providing guidance along paths such as IVF, donor egg/sperm, and surrogacy.
I am certified in Psychodrama, an expressive arts therapy that uses guided dramatic action to create meaningful change. Additionally, I am certified in Gottman Couple's therapy and am working toward EMDRIA certification in EMDR. I am also trained in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD and use insight oriented, cognitive- behavioral, and family systems approaches.
I offer an individualized approach with specialized treatments in a safe and compassionate environment. I have led psychodrama group for 12 years, as well as offer psychodrama personal growth workshops, intensives, and trainings for professionals. I was a supervising psychologist at Illinois Masonic Medical Center for seven years before co-founding CCGC.

Would you like to: Be kinder to yourself or others? Decrease depression and/or anxiety? Understand and change the role you play in your relationships? Increase self-confidence? This group uses psychodrama and action methods to express feelings safely, explore and challenge distorted thoughts, strengthen interpersonal relationships, practice new behaviors, and try on new roles. Psychodrama is an expressive arts therapy using guided dramatic action to create meaningful change. It allows patients to go deeper than traditional talk therapy.
