Hello! My name is Brittany & I recently started a telehealth counseling practice called Resilient Strength Counseling, PLLC. I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, & ADHD. I currently work with adults 18 and up. I can help clients process trauma, learn coping skills, provide psychoeducation on mental health, identify & set boundaries, identify core values, & learn how to change behaviors in order to improve their overall quality of life. Our first session will begin with an intake to identify your goals for therapy, & I will teach you at least one coping skill to start improving your symptoms.
I utilize evidenced based therapy techniques in our counseling sessions including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Emotion Focused Therapy/Tapping, Polyvagal Therapy, & some Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Techniques. I pick which techniques to use based on what will help you reach your goals & what you are comfortable with.
