I work with children (6+), adolescents, and young adults, creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including survivors of intimate partner violence and childhood abuse or neglect. I also support those navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I value inclusivity and enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive individuals, neurodiverse clients (including ADHD and autism), and people with disabilities. My approach is strengths-based and centered on meeting each person where they are.

As a previous School Social Worker for 6 years, I’m passionate about supporting those connected to the education system. I understand the challenges of navigating friendships, behaviors, and academic or career stress, and I help clients build skills to feel more confident and supported.

I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach and draw from modalities such as mindfulness, play therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT. I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and I work collaboratively to help clients process experiences, build coping skills, and move forward with confidence.
