My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other trauma-informed and somatic-based techniques to support healing and empowerment. My practice is a safe space where clients explore their identities, process trauma, and cultivate resilience. I'm passionate about helping individuals embrace their authentic selves and navigate life's challenges with strength and self-compassion.
As an LGBTQ+ affirming and Health at Every Size aligned therapist, I create a safe and inclusive space for all individuals. In recognizing the impact that our experiences have on the relationship between mind and body, I utilize trauma-informed and somatic-based techniques to promote greater connection to Self and facilitate healing on a holistic level.
