It is my desire to help clients identify the messages they believe, often subconsciously, beneath the rhythms of daily life. These messages are often memory-informed and can interrupt our relationships, thought process, health, functioning, and self-perception.
I specialize in trauma recovery, and I am EMDR Certified through EMDRIA. I work with clients who have experienced broken relationships of all kinds, including: domestic violence, sexual abuse, parent/child relationships, mood disorders, love addiction, co-dependency, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
