My area of specialty is perinatal mental health. I received my PMH-C through Perinatal Support International in 2021. We don’t always feel that “instant connection” we expect when becoming a parent. We aren’t always sure if it is the baby blues or something more. I'd love to help navigate these feelings with you and work towards understanding them together.
I have been serving individuals from all walks of life since 2012. I am trained in CBT, perinatal mental health, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. I'm experienced with perinatal mood disorders, pregnancy loss, infertility, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy meeting my clients where they're at and helping to enhance their quality of life.
