I enjoy helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and family and relational conflict. My biggest strength as a therapist and clinician is that I am my patients advocate and help to empower, creating strong rapport, being honest, genuine, and non-judgmental. My goal is to help patients live rich, full, and meaningful lives, and only my patients can determine what that means for them. Now specializing in EMDR; an innovative technique helping reduce PTSD symptoms, trauma, anxiety and more.
