I obtained my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I believe that working collaboratively with the client and building an authentic rapport is critical to the counseling relationship. I want to provide an empathetic and warm space that allows an individual to slow down and name the heartaches, pain, and difficulty they are experiencing. My desire is each individual will find therapy as a soft landing spot to be seen and known.
I love working with older adolescents and adults struggling with different forms of anxiety, relationship issues, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and PTSD/trauma. I offer cognitive behavioral approaches, along with mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and a faith based approach if desired.
