Healing is not a one-size-fits all, it's a deeply personal, creative and embodied process. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or disconnected from yourself. Burnout, past experiences, or life transitions can make it hard to feel grounded or move forward. I specialize working with women and the LQBTQIA community ages 20–45 who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, workplace stress, addiction, and major life changes. Whether you're feeling burnt out, questioning your path, or struggling in your relationships, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.
As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT), I take a multidisciplinary approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I am trained in EMDR, body-based therapies, and creative arts therapy, which means we can work not only with your thoughts—but also with how experiences are held in your body and expressed in deeper, often nonverbal ways.
Clients who are drawn to my work are often looking for a therapist who is both warm and insightful, and who can help them understand why they feel stuck—not just how to manage symptoms. My style is collaborative, grounded, and intentional, with a focus on helping you build self-awareness, resilience, and a stronger connection to yourself.
