I meet with people who want to improve their relationships, increase self-esteem, learn how to regulate their emotions, and want to improve their overall well-being. My goal is to work with you to find healing and hope through a modality that is custom to your needs. Change is often difficult, and it is my hope you won’t have to walk through that alone. I work best with people who are having a hard time in their relationships, feel overwhelmed by their emotions, are carrying depression or anxiety, feel unsure of what they need, or are simply wanting to understand themselves more deeply.
I practice an integrative approach that combines psychoanalytic exploration, self-psychology’s focus on identity and empathy, and attachment theory’s insights into relationships, fostering deeper self-understanding. I have experience working with people who struggle with anxiety, complex trauma, depression, adjustment difficulty, and relational distress.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and from various backgrounds, using a holistic approach to finding what best meets the individual's needs.
