Hi, I’m Brittany, and I'm so glad you're here! If you’re feeling anxious, stuck in your head, or burned out from the constant pressure of masking, you’re not alone. I work with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, identity exploration, relationships, and life transitions. Offering warmth and curiosity, I aim to show up as my authentic self with clients while pulling from ACT, DBT, CBT, and attachment-based therapy to support you in moving toward a more fulfilling life.
As a queer therapist, I approach therapy through an anti-oppressive, identity-affirming lens, and I deeply believe in the value of having a space to unmask and express yourself.
