If you abandon the present moment, you cannot live the moments of your daily life deeply -Thich Nhat Hahn. It can be important to understand ourselves to be able to navigate this world. We often struggle with our own experiences and internal worlds. I can offer you space and understanding to work through those difficult questions and experiences you are having with a non-judgmental voice. I understand that our lives don't fit that traditional model and they don't have to which includes helping people through sex therapy. I have experience helping people work through their issues to find their authentic self and voice.
I will work with you to develop tools and understanding of what is going on and how to handle it. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which uses mindfulness and acceptance along with commitment and behavioral change to create a more present and value oriented life. I want to help you on your journey reach your destination.
I am very open and welcoming and enjoy laughter. It can be a very difficult process to start therapy and I try to make it as easy as possible. Feel free to reach out to me and we can have a conversation about what is going on and any questions you may have.
