My focus is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where adolescents and adults can explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I specialize in treating anxiety, stress, trauma, and childhood trauma, helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools for healing and personal growth. I believe therapy is most effective when individuals feel safe to show up authentically and are empowered to take an active role in their journey.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic, recognizing the strong connection between mental and physical well-being. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused interventions, including EMDR-informed techniques.
