While I treat various disorders, I have a passion for working with Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Emotional Dysregulation.
I utilize a variety of modalities and create a tailored treatment plan to meet your specific needs. Some of my most common treatment approaches are: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and EMDR. I love working with clients from all backgrounds and walks of life, and I am LGBTQ+-affirming.
