I have 9 years of experience working with women and LGBTQIA2S+ folks in private practice. I work with people ages 16-45 around major life transitions (divorce, graduation, loss), trauma, and relationship challenges. I have an extensive background in working with survivors of sexual and domestic violence as well as human trafficking. Often people come to me when they feel stuck and unsure of where to go next.
I am a native Vermonter that decided to do exclusively telehealth because it works better for myself and can be more accessible to some clients. This has been a conscious choice and often feels safer for neurodivergent folks.

I am an insight oriented therapist where we understand that experiences and stories from the past can impact the present. I use a mix of approaches including somatic EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Parts Work. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual.
I believe that healing comes from a place of safety, understanding, and and self-compassion. Together we will work towards uncovering the root cause of your struggles, embracing joy, and empowering you to create lasting change. I work from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens, ensuring everyone feels heard and respected. I am also fully abortion affirming.
