Hi! I am Brittany. I help adolescents and adults explore ways to work through life’s challenges, set healthy boundaries, create kindness within themselves, and improve their connection with themselves and others. While I work with several issues, my jam is working with clients that are dealing with high levels of anxiety, working through life transitions, and struggling with self-esteem.
Using a variety of interventions, including humor, we will work together to heal from hurt and shame, create and employ coping techniques, and manage life with more ease. I strive to create a safe, authentic, and accepting atmosphere where my clients can explore and share their stories and struggles.
Life is stressful, scary, sad, overwhelming, joyful, fun, peaceful and basically everything else in between. My goal is to provide the space, support, and empathy to help clients manage through the ups and downs of it and to feel more confident while doing it.
