Maybe, you’ve never received therapy before, and this is your first time. I strive to create a safe space for everyone. If you're someone who is struggling with a difficult decision, have a history of traumatic events, or are apart of the LGBTQ+ community, you will never leave my office with any feelings of judgement. I enjoy working with people who are struggling with their day-to-day for a myriad of reasons, and look forward to connecting with you. In person and Telehealth appointments available.
My focus is to support emotional wellness and growth through individual therapy. I am trained in Brainspotting and have experience working with people in all stages of life. I specialize in helping those who have severe anxiety, depression, and functioning feel whole once again. I am a somatic based therapist and believe that healing starts inside our bodies
