There is no such thing as an “ideal” client because every person is unique. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. While each client’s treatment plan is tailored to their specific needs, every client receives the same core commitment from me: a genuine, compassionate, and honest therapeutic relationship.
