I believe we are all on a journey to find happiness, purpose, and meaning in life. While the route is not always clear, I am dedicated to helping my clients sort out where they are, and get them to where they’re going. I have experience with clients of all ages with diverse presenting concerns and I modify my treatment modality to meet the unique needs of each person. Working with adolescents and young adults, LGBTQIA folks, and individuals struggling with anxiety, social skills and communication are particular passions of mine.
I enjoy using meditation/mindfulness, psychodynamic approaches, CBT, client-centered therapy, existential therapy, strength-based approaches, and empowering folks to define themselves through self-determination.
If you wish to feel heard and seen, if you want a clearer glimpse at who you really are and where you're going in life, if you are looking for a shift in perspective and a new route through the difficulties, I am here to support you along your path.
