About

Are you feeling lost, isolated, and unsure of what to do next? Are there days when it feels like you are surrounded by darkness or fear? You don't have to be alone and I'm here to help. As a counselor, I am passionate about creating a safe place for people to find connection, hope, and holistic wellness. I believe that all people have the ability to grow and thrive and work alongside my clients to help them discover their inner strengths. My areas of interest include grief, relationship health, spirituality, anxiety, trauma, transitions, LGBTQ, identity development, and depression.
I enjoy working with people of all ages but I specialize in helping teenagers who are dealing with anxiety, self-esteem, and depression. I integrate numerous well researched therapy techniques including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to make sure we can find the right fit for you.
One factor that is unique to my practice is my Master of Divinity degree. If you would be interested in integrating your spirituality into your therapy, then this degree has given me a heightened ability to do so with people from all faith backgrounds. I also teach DBT Skills classes.
