Life can bring seasons where you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. You may be navigating anxiety, self-doubt, a major life transition, or noticing patterns and beliefs that no longer feel helpful. We often hear about the importance of “self-care,” but during stressful seasons, the relationship we have with ourselves is often the first one we neglect. Therapy can be a space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and learn how to put your own oxygen mask on first. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, and have a special interest in supporting new parents.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Using an attachment-based lens, we can explore how your experiences and relationships have shaped the way you see yourself and others. Together, we’ll build greater understanding, recognize patterns, and create meaningful change.
I believe feeling safe and understood is an important part of meaningful therapy. I will approach our work with curiosity, genuine connection, and humor when it feels right. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as yourself, explore your experiences, better understand your patterns, and create meaningful change.
