I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor practicing in Billings, and via telehealth in Idaho and Montana. To support our brain's ability to change and heal, we need a safe space to process and explore, with authentic support. I provide individual therapy for adults and motivated teens specializing in childhood trauma, C-PTSD, cult survivorship & spiritual abuse, medical trauma, and power based violence. I am EMDR trained with the ability to offer in person, telehealth and intensive services. I am an LGBT+ affirming clinician.

I most often work with clients through EMDR, which is often extremely effective and quick for lasting anxiety and trauma resolution. We will start by exploring experiences where symptoms began as well as ongoing triggering situations and unhelpful negative beliefs. With EMDR, we will look at what emotions and somatic sensations arise with these, and work to process them with adaptive information.
