I am a social work trained psychotherapist whom seeks to identify the strengths in my clients and allow them to recognize and utilize those strengths. I have counseled clients in both rural and urban settings, and embrace diversity in a non-judgmental, strength-based, empathetic manner.
I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and those who are exploring their sexual and/or gender identities. I have extensive training in working with transgender and non-binary folks, and I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community. I am able to write letters for gender affirming medical care according to WPATH standards.
Making the decision to pursue counseling can be scary, and I assure you that I understand the courage it takes to make that first contact. If you are ready to take the first step to living life as your authentic self, please consider reaching out to me today.
