Living a healthy life means caring for both your physical and emotional well-being. Taking the time to invest in your mental health can lead to personal growth, meaningful change, and a renewed outlook on life. My goal is to support clients in restoring emotional balance so they can function as whole, healthy individuals in their relationships, families, and communities. I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, women, and families. I specialize in treating individuals who are navigating grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and stress.
I’m passionate about supporting clients who have experienced loss within their family system, whether through death, divorce, estrangement, illness, or life changes that impact identity, stability, or freedom. Loss is not always visible, and I help clients give voice to grief in all its forms while finding space for healing.
My approach to therapy involves helping people give language to the hard thing, those complex, often unspoken emotions that arise in grief and major life changes. I draw from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems therapy to help clients become more mindful, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns.
