Brittany utilizes an eclectic approach to counseling that incorporates multiple modalities to form a treatment plan specific to each client’s unique needs and goals. She is rostered in Child Parent Psychotherapy, registered as a Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) Facilitator, and is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Play, AutPlay Certified, Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality.
Brittany enjoys the work that she does and is passionate about helping others to identify and end the negative or repetitive cycles they may find themselves stuck in and begin a new chapter of hope and healing.
