Hello there! I am Brittany, a Licensed Professional Counselor, who provides individual therapy. I enjoy working with clients from diverse populations, backgrounds and communities. I work with adults 18 and older addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am LQBTQIA+ Affirming and Gender-Affirming.
A great deal of my work is with clients living with Borderline Personality Disorder or LQBTQIA+ related concerns. While my treatment modality is adjusted based on the client I am working with, I typically work from a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and/or Humanistic Approach, looking at the whole person.
It can be very difficult to be vulnerable and talk about the problems we experience in our day-to-day lives. One of my greatest strengths is meeting people where they are and helping them find comfort in the therapy process. I am here to walk alongside you and help you uncover the tools and strengths that will help you achieve your goals!
