It can feel overwhelming trying to find a new therapist, and the right fit between client and clinician is so important! I specialize in working with clients who want to experience change in their lives. I enjoy helping people manage anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. We may work together to improve distress tolerance or emotion regulation skills. I am certified in DBT and as an ADHD clinical provider. I am passionate about the mind-body connection, and am a competitive athlete myself!
It is my belief that you are the expert on you! My approach is person-centered and strengths-based. We will work together to accomplish your goals for treatment. I also often incorporate humor into session when appropriate. I am licensed in PA and NC.
