Teen Group Therapy
This group is for teens who struggle with feeling disconnected, lonely & stressed. Group therapy is a great place to gain a sense of belonging, build trust with others in a similar age group, and learn how to identify and regulate emotions. In this group you will discover ways to negotiate difficult conversations, combat perfectionism, develop self-acceptance, identify responsible decision making, and increase perspective taking. Members can join on an ongoing rolling basis. The group has a 8 session minimum commitment. Teens can try one group before committing to the 8 session commitment.

Teen Parent Group- In Person or Virtual Format
This group will assist you in gaining support & community around the current challenges you are having with your teen. You will learn how to maintain strength & resilience while parenting a teen. It is a confidential space to learn ways to respond to this stage of development. You will gain clarity on values, fears & realistic expectations. It is a process group, and I will also be teaching tools from the reflective parenting model. Each group has a maximum of 5 parents, and no parents from the same school are matched. It meets every other week, and has a 6 session commitment.

Besties, Boundaries and Beliefs
A 7 week faith based friendship group for teen girls. Built around "We Saved You a Seat" by Lisa-Jo Baker- finding and keeping friendships that actually last. This Group will help your teen: move past surface-level connections into friendship with real depth, stay friends through the hard seasons, incorporate what Scripture says about loyalty, conflict and repair, and choose presence over performance, online and offline. Dinner Provided.
