In today's busy world, there is little time to reflect on who we are, who we want to be, and how these paths align. I work with individuals, couples and families to ease distress and help promote meaningful change. I provide a safe, judgement free space to allow my clients to discover who they truly are and what they need to live a fulfilling life. I take a collaborative approach and cater my therapeutic style and interventions to match my client's unique personality and concerns to encourage their strengths and challenge them to meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.
My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, high conflict relationships, healing from infidelity, and improving sexual health. I am a AASECT certified Sex Therapist. I have advanced post-graduate training in Heart Centered Hypnotherapy as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
