I provide a comprehensive overview incorporating multiple aspects of functioning, including cognitive, emotional psychological and environmental factors.
I believe in a personalized approach to treatment. I help educate clients about the nature of their condition and assist them with identifying emotions and thoughts associated with behaviors that they are wanting to change and learn new healthy ways to cope with life stressors.
