Brittany Edwards Counseling serves a wide range of cliental; with three Master trained therapists we can offer a variety of therapies and services. Our price range is from $100-$150 for individual sessions and $60 for groups. We off both in-peron and virtual sessions, and have appointment availability Mondays-Saturdays. Each clinician has been Trauma certified and DBT certified and some of our specialties include chronic illness, spiritual growth, & EMDR. DBT Girls Summer Group Starting May 2019
Do your emotions feel out of control? Do your emotions just take over? Do you feel like a different person when you are emotional? Are you tired of being sad, anxious, or stressed? Join an 10 week girls group where we learn how to work with our emotions, how to take back control, and how to become a better friend and family member. This is a fun interactive group in which we apply the tools provided by DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) of; mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.
