I am a multi-state licensed marriage and family therapist, AASECT certified sex therapist, IFS Level 1 trained, and EMDR trained. I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years working with teens, adults, and couples to help them heal from the trauma of their past and work towards their desired life. I have experience working in community based mental health services, inpatient, outpatient, justice involved settings, group homes, and serving on a community based collaboration with law enforcement to assess mental health crises.
