Accepting New Clients! Are you navigating feelings of anxiety, depression, and general hopelessness? You are not alone and I am here to help you find peace within yourself and within your circumstances. In building an equal client-therapist relationship, we can begin to navigate your specific challenges. My approach is evidence-based, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. I help children, teens, adults, and couples.

I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches with my clients. This includes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also use Brainspotting, a technique that uses the client's visual field to locate and process trauma as well as help with decision making and anxiety.

I believe in creating an honest and creative relationship with my clients. It is my opinion that empathy, understanding, and sometimes humor are the key to creating a successful therapeutic relationship. Together we will explore your issues and work towards reaching your specific therapy goals.
