I use a holistic approach to help you better understand yourself, the world around you, and find balance. I work with individuals and couples, ages 18 and older. I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, specifically with ADHD and/or ASD. I work with issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, life and career transitions, executive dysfunction, and relationships. I have experience working with an array of racial/ethnic backgrounds, as well as the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to make my sessions supportive, non-judgemental, and authentic for every person that walks in my door.
My approach is client centered, humanistic, and focuses on solutions, deeper understanding, and moving forward. I have intensive training in EMDR, neurofeedback, neuropsychological testing, autism spectrum disorder, and dementia.
If you feel stuck or lost and need someone to support you, hold you accountable, or be a sounding board, I'm here for you. Please note that at this time I am not currently taking in person or neurofeedback clients.
