Trauma and mental health challenges can affect how you think, feel, and connect—with others and with yourself. You may feel stuck in survival mode—constantly anxious, emotionally shut down, overwhelmed, or unsure of why certain patterns keep repeating. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and healing is possible.
I’m Brittany, a Licensed Social Worker with over eight years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating mental health challenges. My approach integrates research-based interventions with empathetic, holistic, client-centered care.
I specialize in evidence-based treatment and trauma-informed therapy, helping clients navigate complex trauma, mood/personality disorders, co-occurring mental health and substance use, emotional dysregulation, loss, and behavioral difficulties. I offer oxytocin-assisted individual and couples counseling to help clients deepen emotional connection and trust.
In therapy, I offer a safe, empathetic, and collaborative environment where you can explore what’s been holding you back and begin healing at your own pace. My work is client-centered, deeply rooted in trust and respect. In addition to individual therapy, our practice offers psychiatric evaluations, medication consultation, and ketamine-assisted therapy.
