I'm a Licensed Mental Health & Addictions Professional. I also hold an advanced certification in trauma treatment. I am an expert in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Treatment, Somatic Therapy and Culturally Diverse Interventions. I use an eclectic approach while working with clients to best meet clients where they are at!
