I genuinely enjoy working with a range of populations. I am open to hearing and listening to anyone’s story, if they are willing to tell it. I think that is why I tend to build such strong relationships with clients- they don’t just get the ‘vibe’ that I care, they know that I do. I have extensive experience working with ADHD, LGBTQ+, individuals with trauma (present and childhood), anxiety/depression, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors. I take a strengths based and realistic approach to counseling by meeting clients where they are currently at, while setting realistic expectations for where they want to be. I individualize my style based on the person I'm working with. I believe a core aspect in building and maintaining the therapeutic relationship is authenticity on both ends.
