My approach is a combination of body-based attunement (because the body is where trauma is stored, not the mind), rewiring old patterns from childhood attachment wounds, and using neuroplasticity to create the life and peace you crave. I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs of every client, you will never feel like a number.
I am trained in EMDR Therapy, a cutting-edge modality in safely treating trauma and emotional distress. I also specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and have found this to be a phenomenal approach at dissecting the different “parts” of our personality and how these parts affect our day-to-day beliefs and behavior.
