As a Relationship Trauma Expert, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and specialize in trauma processing using BrainSpotting. Trauma can linger in both the mind and body. I offer a safe and non-judgemental place for individuals and couples to safely confront and resolve negative patterns and create improved communication and intimacy.
Healing and self-discovery can be intimidating and overwhelming. I balance a creative and spiritual approach so it can also be exciting, fun, and exhilarating. My style is down-to-earth and authentic. I too have stumbled and suffered - which is why I do what I do. I believe my clients are all amazing, intelligent, and resilient — deep down everyone is.
