Brittany Braden is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for guiding clients through life's difficulties; helping them to develop healthy ways to cope with anxiety and difficulties within their personal relationships. I use a integrative, trauma informed approach to therapy having had training in a variety of modalities including: CBT, TFCBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing and Play Therapy.
I prefer to work with women, children and adolescents ages 10 to 40 and have found I have had great success in treating clients with anxiety, relationship conflicts (including their relationship with their self) and self-image. I am also very experienced in treating children who have recently lost a loved one.
I take an honest and direct approach with clients, showing empathy and compassion when needed but also holding them accountable when it is necessary. I also emphasize the importance of mutual trust within out therapeutic relationship.
