Middle school and high school are exciting times of our lives, marked by identity exploration, experimentation, and formation. And yet, they can also be some of the most stressful and overwhelming times of life — full of uncertainty, new expectations, and never ending pressure. There comes a point where it just feels like too much. Brittany specializes in working with preteens (10-12) and teens (13-18), who are navigating the academic, social, relational, and formative challenges of middle school and high school. Her clients include those experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, ADHD, PTSD, family conflict, stress/burnout, adjustment disorder and others.
While she trusts each person is their own expert, she recognizes sometimes clients just need help breaking down barriers blocking them from fully seeing and knowing themselves.
