About
Many of us feel as though we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders…and we do! Our bodies and minds are the sponges for our world and they tend to absorb the challenges we cross. Our stress affects our physical bodies as well as our minds, and it is important that we connect the two when we heal. Using traditional and holistic approaches, we work together to heal from past trauma, manage the stress or negativity that may be affecting life, and to help to rebuild the body and mind as safe places to be.
My passion is when I get to incorporate a holistic approach to support bridging the mind/body gap though mindfulness and applying yogic principles. I also support clients using the traditional models of CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, and DBT. I am LGBT+ Affirmative in my style and enjoy helping fellow members of the community through issues that come up.
You don't have to carry your troubles around in your body or mind any longer. If you think I could be helpful to you or a friend, don't hesitate to reach out!
